• You prepare surfaces precisely by cleaning, sanding and, where necessary, priming them, and ensure that all components are ready for painting
• You select paints and coatings in accordance with the technical requirements and prepare them carefully
• You paint and coat parts, components or systems using various painting methods (e.g. spray painting, rolling, brushing)
• You carry out quality checks independently, inspect coatings and specifically rectify any defects
• Finishing work such as polishing, re-painting and repairing coatings are just as much a part of your role as the proper documentation of your work results
• You comply with health and safety and environmental regulations and actively contribute to the team to help shape efficient processes

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a paint finisher (m/f/d), industrial paint finisher (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• You have experience working with paints and coatings, as well as knowledge of various painting processes
• A good command of spoken German and a valid work permit are also assets
• You are characterised by your attention to detail, reliability and a keen eye for quality
• The ability to work as part of a team, the capacity to work independently and physical stamina are among your strengths
