Your responsibilities

• You will organise and maintain the filing system to ensure reliable data
• You will assist with quantity surveying, invoicing and other commercial tasks
• You’ll take part in internal and external meetings and ensure a clear flow of information through close contact with clients
• You will take responsibility for production and site planning (staff, materials, logistics, subcontractors)
• You will assist with administrative and organisational tasks

What we’re looking for

• You have completed an industrial apprenticeship, e.g. as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), metalworker (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• You are characterised by your technical and commercial acumen
• You have a good command of spoken German and hold valid work permits
• A structured approach to your work rounds off your profile
• You demonstrate a high level of loyalty to the company
• You are communicative and a team player, and you impress with your strong interpersonal skills
