• You will act as a key link between Research and Development and Production to ensure the technical department runs smoothly
• You will also actively support the international production sites with systematic troubleshooting and quality assurance on the production lines
• Furthermore, you will play an active role in the dynamic industrialisation team, contributing to the continuous improvement and practical implementation of all existing production processes
• The development, meticulous documentation and subsequent validation of future-proof manufacturing processes will also form part of your daily responsibilities in this role
• As part of your varied role, you will support the successful launch of new products into series production, whilst monitoring test and pilot production runs
• Furthermore, you will establish new technologies within the company and independently drive forward key measures for the sustainable optimisation of overall efficiency
• Finally, as project manager, you will coordinate the cross-functional team and produce the complete technical documentation to achieve the set objectives

• You have successfully completed a degree in textile engineering, polymer engineering, process engineering or chemical engineering
• You also have solid practical experience in an industrial production or manufacturing environment, as well as a passion for technological processes
• Your confident knowledge of standard IT systems and modern tools for process documentation sets you apart in your day-to-day work
• You have native-level written and spoken German, as well as fluent English for the international working environment
• Furthermore, you impress with a strong hands-on approach, analytical thinking and a solution-oriented way of working when faced with complex technical challenges
• Finally, you stand out thanks to your excellent communication skills, a high degree of initiative and a willingness to undertake occasional business trips to France
• To fulfil this responsible role, in addition to your technical expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
