• You will carry out day-to-day IT tasks independently and in accordance with guidelines, ensuring the smooth running of IT operations
• The administration of clients, servers and thin clients falls within your remit
• You will manage the Microsoft client-server and domain infrastructure and monitor operational processes within the Microsoft Windows environment
• You will assist users with problems relating to standard software and train new staff
• Providing first-level support for user issues with software and hardware is part of your daily routine

• You have completed a subject-specific vocational training programme or hold a degree in IT
• You have already gained some initial professional experience in the IT sector
• You stand out within the team thanks to your specialist professional knowledge
• A good command of German and English is required
• You possess the communication and organisational skills needed to work effectively within a team and with end-users
