• You will be responsible for the structured organisation and independent management of challenging construction projects in the field of future-oriented energy infrastructure
• You will also be responsible for the precise coordination of all site operations, as well as for ensuring compliance with the highest quality standards and statutory health and safety regulations
• Furthermore, you will manage the established relationships with our existing client base with professional expertise and continue to expand these partnership-based networks in a sustainable manner
• Your responsibilities will also include actively participating in complex contract negotiations, as well as preparing cost-effective quotations and sound cost estimates
• As part of your role, you will support close-knit project coordination and regularly attend coordination meetings with internal and external stakeholders
• Furthermore, you will support clients by providing reliable technical advice from the initial planning phase through to successful handover
• Finally, you will be responsible for the comprehensive documentation of all project stages and for ensuring the smooth handover of all completed systems to the client

• You have completed further training to become a Master Electrician (m/f/d) or an Electrical Technician (m/f/d), as well as an apprenticeship as an Electronics Technician (m/f/d) or an Electrician (m/f/d)
• You also have several years’ solid professional experience in independent project management and in the goal-oriented leadership of technically skilled teams
• Your sound knowledge of common MSOffice applications and in industry-specific cost estimation software are a constant hallmark of your day-to-day work
• Your business-fluent command of written and spoken German enables you to communicate convincingly and articulately with all stakeholders at all times
• Furthermore, you possess excellent communication skills and a strong technical understanding of complex issues in infrastructure construction
• Finally, you are an assertive team player who always works in a structured manner and completely independently, even under tight deadlines
• To fulfil this responsible role, in addition to your technical expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
