• You will set up and set up plastic injection moulding machines independently and carry out regular quality checks
• Programming, operating and fault analysis on handling and automation systems are part of your daily challenges
• You will set up and optimise production cells and continuously monitor the processes, to ensure a trouble-free process
• you use CAQ tests to ensure quality and document all production data in a complete and traceable manner
• you complete injection-moulded parts in the production process, including downstream assembly and packaging activities
• you take an analytical approach to faults, rectify faults sustainably and work closely with application technology, toolmaking and maintenance
• you will continuously optimise and develop existing production processes to increase efficiency and quality

• You have completed training as a process mechanic for plastics and rubber technology (m/f/d) or as a plastics moulding technician (m/f/d) and have the necessary specialist knowledge
• Founded knowledge in handling modern injection moulding machines, conveying and drying systems, temperature control equipment and hot runner systems are part of your repertoire
• If you already have several years of professional experience in injection moulding, this is a clear advantage
• You have a good command of written and spoken German and have valid working papers, which will make a smooth start possible
• Willingness to work in shifts is a matter of course for you
