• You will be responsible for the holistic care and support of residents in the inpatient ward and will contribute to their well-being
• In accordance with the facility’s care concept, you will provide care to a high professional standard, taking into account the latest findings in nursing science
• You will carry out nursing procedures responsibly and professionally, thereby ensuring high-quality care
• You will support residents with personal hygiene, mobility, nutrition and activities of daily living
• Furthermore, you will carry out therapeutic nursing tasks such as administering medication, changing dressings and monitoring vital signs in accordance with doctors’ instructions
• You closely monitor changes in residents’ health and take the necessary action where required
• You will coordinate closely with colleagues from nursing, therapy and other professional groups, fostering constructive collaboration
• You will carefully adhere to applicable quality standards and support their consistent implementation in day-to-day care

• You have completed your training as a qualified healthcare and nurse (m/f/d), registered nurse (m/f/d), geriatric care worker (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• You have already gained experience in residential care
• You have sound knowledge of basic and therapeutic care, such as administering medication, changing dressings and monitoring vital signs
• Meticulous and transparent care documentation is part of your working style
• A sense of responsibility and a keen eye for changes in residents’ health are among your strengths
• You consistently adhere to quality standards and are open to the latest findings in nursing science
• You demonstrate initiative and a willingness to help shape work processes and contribute your own ideas
