• Assessing and determining residents’ care needs is part of your day-to-day responsibilities
• You conscientiously monitor and ensure the quality of medical care
• You prepare and administer medication in a professional manner
• Preparing infusions, taking blood samples, administering insulin, measuring blood sugar levels and treating wounds are all part of your routine duties
• You will responsibly implement preventive and health-promoting measures
• Communication plays a central role for you in your day-to-day care work

• You have completed your training as a care worker (m/f/d), nurse (m/f/d), geriatric care worker (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• You have specialist knowledge and professional experience in geriatric care
• You are characterised by your efficiency, commitment, empathy, a sense of responsibility and strong personal and interpersonal skills
• You are flexible regarding a two-shift system and working at weekends
• You are passionate about your work and show empathy towards our residents
