• You will be responsible for the holistic care and support of residents in the inpatient ward and will ensure their well-being
• You will carry out nursing procedures responsibly and professionally, thereby ensuring high-quality care
• You will support residents with basic care, such as personal hygiene, mobility, nutrition and toileting
• In line with the facility’s care concept, you will work to a high professional standard and incorporate the latest nursing research findings into your day-to-day care practice
• You carry out therapeutic nursing tasks, such as administering medication, changing dressings, giving injections and monitoring vital signs
• You draw up and update care plans and carefully document the course of care as well as any special circumstances

You adhere

to the applicable quality standards, hygiene and documentation requirements, and support their consistent implementation in day-to-day care

• You actively participate in the planning, implementation and improvement of work processes and contribute your ideas

• You have completed your training as a qualified healthcare and nurse (m/f/d), registered nurse (m/f/d), geriatric care worker (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• You have already gained experience in residential care
• You have sound knowledge of basic and therapeutic care, such as administering medication, changing dressings and monitoring vital signs
• You are characterised by an empathetic and respectful approach to residents and their relatives
• Furthermore, you are a team player and communicate clearly with colleagues from nursing, therapy and other professional groups
• You consistently adhere to quality, hygiene and documentation standards
• You impress with your diligence and sense of responsibility
