• You will be responsible for the holistic care and support of residents in the inpatient ward and will contribute to their wellbeing
• You will carry out nursing procedures responsibly and professionally, thereby ensuring high-quality care
• As part of basic care, you will support residents with, amongst other things, personal hygiene, mobility, nutrition and toileting
• You will carry out therapeutic care procedures, such as administering medication, changing dressings or checking vital signs, in accordance with doctors’ instructions
• You will plan care based on the nursing process, adapt it in response to changes and carefully document progress and measures taken
• You comply with applicable quality standards as well as hygiene and data protection requirements, and support their consistent implementation in day-to-day care
• You play an active role in the planning, implementation and improvement of work processes and contribute your ideas

• You have completed your training as a qualified healthcare and nurse (m/f/d), registered nurse (m/f/d), qualified nursing professional (m/f/d), geriatric nurse (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Ideally, you will already have gained experience in residential care
• You have a sound knowledge of basic and therapeutic care, such as administering medication, changing dressings and monitoring vital signs
• You work meticulously and reliably document the course of care and the measures taken
• You are characterised by your empathy when dealing with residents and their relatives
• You consistently adhere to hygiene, data protection and quality standards
• Your profile includes spoken German and a valid work permit
• You are willing to help shape work processes and contribute your own ideas
