Your responsibilities

You’ll be responsible for providing home care in accordance with SGB V and SGB XI. You’ll independently manage and maintain the relevant documentation. You’ll also liaise with patients, their relatives, doctors and therapists. You’ll be responsible for preparing and administering medication. You’ll also prepare infusions. Furthermore, you’ll take blood samples, administer insulin and measure blood sugar levels. Last but not least, wound care is also part of your duties.

What we’re looking for

• You have completed vocational training as a geriatric care worker (m/f/d), nurse (m/f/d), healthcare and nursing assistant (m/f/d) or nursing specialist (m/f/d)
• A positive attitude and a genuine commitment to your profession are important to us
• You also have knowledge of treatment and basic care
• You are characterised by your respectful manner towards patients
• Empathy and the ability to work as part of a team round off your profile
• A valid Class B driving licence and the ability to work independently are also assets
