• You will advise existing and new customers on analytical services, sampling and technical requirements
• You will draw up bespoke quotations and check them for completeness
• To this end, you will liaise closely with Account Management
• Based on client requirements and our service portfolio, you will develop technical solution concepts
• You will clarify test parameters, methods and test requirements in collaboration with laboratory management and test management
• You ensure a smooth flow of information between clients and internal stakeholders
• You document sales activities in the CRM system
• You coordinate client appointments and process incoming enquiries
• You will proactively contact customers by telephone to identify new business opportunities
• You will work closely with the laboratory, thereby contributing to efficient processes

• You have successfully completed a vocational qualification as a Wholesale and Foreign Trade Management Assistant (m/f/d), Industrial Business Administrator (m/f/d), Office Management Assistant (m/f/d) or Chemical Laboratory Technician (m/f/d)
• Ideally, you will have some initial experience in customer service or a sales environment
• You find it easy to use standard IT systems and enjoy working with digital processes
• Your profile includes excellent written and spoken German, as well as a good command of English
• You set priorities correctly and keep a clear overview even during hectic periods
• You work in a structured and reliable manner
• You impress with your empathy, strong communication skills and a strong customer focus
• You’re not afraid to actively approach customers, pick up the phone and open up new business opportunities
