Job description

  • As a tactical contact person, you look after the existing customer base, including product lifecycle management, and prepare quotations for existing customers based on the specifications of the CSO and management, in particular with regard to gross margin targets and minimum order quantities
  • You support the Sales Managers in acquisition and in the preparation of quotations and orders for new and existing customers
  • Your area of responsibility includes the further development of customer relationships and close cooperation with other departments when introducing new products
  • You ensure that forecasts, customer orders and changes are recorded correctly in the ERP/CRM system and take care of all administrative processes from order acceptance to invoicing

Requirements

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, for example as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), a business management degree or further professional training such as a business administrator (IHK)
  • You have at least three years of experience in sales, marketing or customer service
  • In dealing with various software solutions, including Office 365, ERP systems, CRM tools and customer-managed portals such as "Arriba"
  • Your verbal and written communication skills are business fluent in both German and English (at least C1 in each case)
  • Customer-orientation is a matter of course for you; You take a proactive approach to tasks and achieve results even in a fast-paced environment
