• You have completed training as an insurance clerk (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Ideally, you have experience in the area of processing, preferably in the area of legal protection
• you are confident in using MS Office and insurance software
• you have a very good command of written and spoken German
