• You will be responsible for contract administration in motor, general liability and property insurance
• You will be in charge of processing benefits in motor, general liability and property insurance
• You will be the contact person for challenging questions
• You will also advise brokers or trusted advisors, as well as multiple agents and customers on the phone regarding contract matters in motor, general liability and property insurance

• You have completed training as an insurance and finance clerk (specialising in insurance) (m/f/d) or as an insurance specialist (m/f/d)
• You have knowledge of the insurance sectors mentioned (motor vehicle, general liability and property insurance), general liability and property insurance)
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• Negotiation skills and a confident manner speak in your favour
• Customer and sales-oriented behaviour rounds off your profile
