• You will independently handle claims relating to both first-party and third-party damage
• You will handle day-to-day correspondence and issue payment instructions
• You will be responsible for creating and maintaining files relating to claims and our motor vehicle fleet in the Winra electronic legal department software
• You will independently handle the registration and deregistration of motor vehicles with our third-party liability and comprehensive insurance associations
• You will carry out the accounting and posting of the apportioned contributions from our third-party liability associations and the insurance premiums
• You will correctly account for incoming and outgoing compensation payments
• You will reliably monitor procedural deadlines and dates
• You will conscientiously manage the secure archive for important documents

• You have completed a vocational training programme in the insurance sector, ideally with further qualifications as an insurance specialist (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• You have in-depth knowledge of industrial property insurance and are highly motivated to learn and familiarise yourself with related areas of technical insurance
• Ideally, you will have already gained some initial experience in looking after major clients
• Your customer- and service-oriented approach speaks in your favour
• A friendly manner and strong communication skills round off your profile
