• You will be responsible for the ongoing upkeep and structured maintenance of the integrated management system in accordance with all relevant standards and requirements
• You will also be responsible for the global coordination of the comprehensive ISOcertification processes and close coordination with external certification bodies
• Furthermore, you will oversee the monitoring and tracking of all relevant audit results, resulting corrective actions and certification-related tasks within the company
• Careful planning and the timely conduct of internal audits, as well as regular management reviews, are also part of your wide-ranging responsibilities
• As part of your role, you will support the professional management and updating of all reports, records and documents relating to the integrated management system
• Furthermore, you will assist with the design and delivery of targeted training programmes, as well as internal communication regarding all existing compliance requirements
• Finally, you will be responsible for the professional provision of all necessary data and reports to management and the relevant departments

• You have a degree in chemistry or engineering, as well as additional training as a quality manager (m/f/d) or environmental manager (m/f/d)
• You also have several years’ relevant professional experience in the field of integrated management systems and in overseeing global certification processes
• Your solid knowledge of standard MS Office applications and modern documentation systems sets you apart in your day-to-day work
• Your business-fluent written and spoken German, as well as your excellent command of English, facilitate your daily communication
• You also bring a high degree of initiative, a structured approach to work and a strong focus on quality for complex projects
• Furthermore, you are a strong communicator and always work in a goal-oriented and reliable manner with all relevant departments and stakeholders
• To fulfil this position of responsibility, in addition to your technical expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and be permanently resident in Germany
