• Working directly with customers, you will advise them on selecting the right bathroom fittings for construction projects and, on this basis, draw up bespoke quotations
• You will act as the main point of contact for incoming orders, carefully enter these into SAP and coordinate delivery dates with all relevant parties
• For the field sales team, you will create informative presentations using MS PowerPoint and organise the provision of sample items
• You will proactively research new construction projects, track them in our CRM system and thus support new customer acquisition
• you will contribute to the optimisation of internal processes in collaboration with related departments and represent the company at trade fairs

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, for example as an office administration assistant or an industrial clerk (m/f/d)
• you are confident using MS Office and have experience with an ERP system such as SAP – knowledge of a CRM system is an advantage
• you have a good technical understanding and, ideally, have already had some exposure to the plumbing sector
• Thanks to your good written and spoken German and English, you can also communicate confidently with international contacts
• You are characterised by a structured, independent and solution-oriented approach to work, through which you actively drive the team forward
