• You will independently support and advise existing customers in day-to-day business
• You will draw up quotations, order confirmations and invoices
• You will enter and process customer orders in the ERP system
• You will monitor delivery dates and coordinate with the warehouse, dispatch and production departments
• You will work closely with the field sales team to support shared customers
• You will communicate with customers, suppliers and internal specialist departments by telephone and in writing
• You will handle complaints and resolve discrepancies in deliveries and invoices
• You maintain and update customer and order data
• You assist with the preparation of statistics and reports
• You carry out general administrative tasks within the internal sales department

• You have completed a vocational qualification as a wholesale and international trade clerk (m/f/d), an industrial business administration qualification (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Ideally, you have several years’ professional experience in internal sales or customer service
• You are confident in using MS Office and the ERP system
• You have a high standard of written and spoken German
• You have a strong customer and service focus, as well as a confident and friendly manner
• Proactive initiative, reliability, the ability to work well in a team and a meticulous approach to your work round off your profile
