• You will be responsible for quotation and order processing, ensuring the creation, checking and processing of quotations and orders in our ERP system SAP
• You will also be responsible for the administration and maintenance of customer and order data in the SAP system
• In addition, you will be responsible for coordination with sales, purchasing, production and shipping for smooth processes
• you will be responsible for creating shipping and invoice documents in compliance with international requirements
• you will also be responsible for written and telephone communication with national and international customers in German and English
