• You will calculate, prepare and track quotations; review contracts; record and confirm orders; and monitor delivery dates in coordination with the production planning department
• You will manage and develop key accounts, existing customers and new clients both domestically and internationally; provide technical and commercial advice; and take responsibility for managing dual-use products, including the licensing procedures
• You will regularly handle correspondence in English relating to order processing, complaints and technical matters, and support the field sales team as well as related departments such as Complaints, Logistics and Administration
• You will manage order documentation, including quality assurance records, maintain the CRM system and produce reports to identify business potential, as well as price lists and sales documentation

• You have completed a vocational qualification as a foreign trade clerk (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification, with professional experience in internal sales, order management or in a similar customer-facing role
• you also have a technical understanding of customer-specific requirements, ideally with experience of dual-use products and licensing procedures
• you are confident using MS Office, ERP and CRM systems
• You are distinguished by your business-fluent written and spoken German and English; knowledge of other foreign languages would be an advantage
• Reliability, strong communication skills and a structured approach to work round off your profile
