• You will carry out all standard internal sales administration tasks to support day-to-day commercial operations
• You will carefully enter, maintain and update customer and master data in the CRM and ERP systems
• You will reliably handle written email correspondence in German and English
• You will provide targeted administrative support and operational assistance to the external sales team
• You will process customer enquiries and provide administrative support for day-to-day operations on site

• You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or hold a comparable qualification
• Relevant professional experience in internal sales and/or a medical background would be an advantage
• You have sound IT skills and experience of working with CRM and ERP systems
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• You are resident in Germany and hold a valid work and residence permit for Germany
• You are characterised by strong teamwork skills and reliability, enabling you to work effectively within a small, close-knit team
