• You will process customer enquiries and orders independently, coordinating all relevant steps closely with the field sales team
• You will prepare and process quotations, invoices and order confirmations with precision
• You will monitor the entire order process – from receipt to delivery – and ensure that everything runs smoothly
• You will create internal production orders and forward them to the production department

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and therefore have the necessary foundation for this role
• Experience in internal sales is an advantage and adds important skills in customer service and order processing to your profile
• You are confident using standard IT programmes and apply them routinely to your daily tasks
• You have a good command of German
• Working full-time (40 hours per week) is no problem for you and you are flexible in terms of working hours
