You will be responsible for processing and coordinating customer enquiries and orders in consultation with the field sales team; you will also draw up and process quotations, invoices and order confirmations. You will monitor the order process from order receipt through to delivery, and, last but not least, you will create internal production orders

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as a wholesale and foreign trade clerk (m/f/d), an industrial clerk (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in internal sales or order processing is an advantage
• You are confident using MS Office and, ideally, ERP systems
• You are characterised by strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
• You naturally work independently and in a structured manner
• Good written and spoken German rounds off your profile
