Job description
- You will be responsible for administrative support including the telephone switchboard as well as mail acceptance and the independent administration of the central e-mail account for the entire team
- In addition, you will be responsible for the release of all service work orders for subsequent invoicing within the specific ERP system orderbase, taking into account all internal guidelines
- Furthermore, you will be responsible for the telephone fault acceptance as well as the targeted forwarding of relevant information to the responsible departments to ensure smoothorderbase system, taking into account all internal guidelines
- In addition, you will be responsible for receiving telephone faults and passing on relevant information to the relevant departments to ensure smooth and fast communication
- Private and corporate customer advice and scheduling and corporate customer advice and the scheduling of recurring inspections by TÜV are also part of your tasks
- as part of your job, you will support the checking of incoming invoices for plausibility and the professional forwarding of the test reports to the respective contact persons

Requirements
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship as an office management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or as an IT systems clerk (m/f/d) in a company
- In addition, you have initial sound professional experience in the field of internal sales or in a comparable administrative position within a technical or manufacturing company
- You have a sound knowledge of the use of common ERP systems and are experienced in using MS Office applications.applications characterise you in your daily work
- You have a native level of written and spoken German and a precise way of expressing yourself for internal and external communication with all parties involved
- Furthermore, you have a high degree of team spirit and a strong communicative personality for daily and friendly dealings with customers
- Finally, you are a team-oriented personality and always work in an absolutely reliable and structured manner, even with a high workload within the dynamic service department
