• In this role, you will be responsible for looking after our customers
• You will prepare quotations and follow them up reliably
• Ensuring orders are entered and processed on time is one of your responsibilities
• You will monitor and check deadlines and delivery times
• You will work closely with and liaise with the field sales team
• You will be responsible for the timely and appropriate planning and procurement of our raw materials and production supplies
• You will also maintain bills of materials

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as an office administrator (m/f/d), or hold a comparable qualification
• You have several years’ experience in internal sales
• Your experience as a team leader (m/f/d) will be an asset
• You are proficient in using SAP/R3 SD and Microsoft Office – this is essential
• You also have a good command of English (essential)
• A good command of written and spoken German, as well as a valid work permit, are part of your profile
• You are distinguished by your professional and confident manner
