• You are responsible for order processing from quotation to invoicing for machines, spare parts and components in contract manufacturing
• You reliably support existing customers
• You track quotations via SAP in the SD module and maintain the necessary master data
• You actively support the optimisation of interfaces within and outside the office team
• You support and advise customers by telephone

• You have completed training as an office administrator (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• At least 3 years of professional experience in sales, internal sales or order processing, ideally in an industrial environment, you have
• good knowledge of MS Office and SAP SD or another ERP system speaks for you
• good written and spoken German and English skills characterise you
• a customer-oriented and reliable way of working rounds off your profile
