• You will enter and process orders in the ERP system
• You will provide active support with customs clearance
• You will assist your colleagues, for example with preparing quotations
• You will welcome our customers on site and also help with receiving post

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as an office administrator (m/f/d)
• You have already gained some experience in internal sales
• Ideally, you have knowledge of customs
• You have a good command of written and spoken German and English (essential)
• You are a strong communicator and a team player
• A valid work permit for Germany rounds off your profile
