• As part of order processing, you will record, process and track customer orders in the SAP system
• You will maintain customer master data and ensure documentation is organised in a structured manner
• As part of general organisational tasks, you will assist with the preparation of quotations and reports

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as a wholesale and foreign trade clerk (m/f/d), industrial sales clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• you already have some experience in internal sales
• you are communicative, assertive and can deal confidently even with difficult customers
• You have a good command of spoken and written English, which is essential
• Ideally, you will also have SAP skills or, at the very least, the necessary IT aptitude to familiarise yourself with the system
• Reliability, commitment and the ability to work as part of a team round off your profile
