• You will draw up quotations independently, follow them up and handle order processing
• In doing so, you’ll work closely with our sales team and help to provide the best possible service to our existing customers
• You’ll also act as the central point of contact between customers, production and other departments, ensuring everything runs smoothly
• You’ll be the first point of contact for any queries regarding ongoing orders, quotations or stock levels
• Last but not least, you’ll correspond professionally with customers and business partners

• You have completed vocational training in the commercial sector, e.g. as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), office management assistant (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• ideally, you have already gained experience in internal sales
• you are familiar with ERP/CRM systems and MS Office programs
• you have experience in dealing with customers
• you have a very good command of written and spoken English
