• You will be responsible for supporting and advising our national and international clients
• You will handle enquiries and order processing independently and on your own initiative
• You will also be responsible for handling complaints whilst adhering to the highest service and quality standards
• Continuously following up on quotations and communicating proactively with clients will also form part of your role
• You will also draw up quotations tailored to clients’ needs
• Furthermore, you will be responsible for coordinating production orders in consultation with internal and external contacts
• You will actively support logistics and scheduling (materials management, dispatch, customs, exports, documentation)

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as an office administrator (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• you have already gained professional experience in a similar role within the industrial sector
• you are fully proficient in using standard MS Office applications
• your sound technical understanding and your SAP skills are a strong asset
• you have a good command of written and spoken German and English, and possibly also knowledge of other European languages (ideally French)
• a strong customer- and service-oriented approach is complemented by your excellent communication skills
• you are characterised by an independent and structured way of working
