• You will support and advise customers as part of the internal sales team and respond to customer enquiries
• You will draw up quotations independently and follow them up as the process progresses
• You will create and process order confirmations, delivery notes and invoices
• You will monitor delivery dates and coordinate the entire order processing workflow
• You will liaise regularly with customers, the field sales team, production, logistics and other internal departments
• You will carefully maintain customer, product and order data in the ERP system
• You will handle complaints and resolve customer enquiries reliably
• You will support the field sales team with customer service and order processing
• You will contribute to customer retention, thereby strengthening long-term customer relationships

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), office management assistant (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• You have already gained professional experience in internal sales, order processing or customer service
• You are confident using MS Office, particularly Excel
• You have experience with an ERP system, ideally SAP or a comparable system
• You have a good command of written and spoken German; ideally, you also have a good command of English
• You are characterised by a structured, meticulous and independent approach to your work
• You possess good time management and organisational skills
• Team spirit and strong communication skills round off your profile
