• You will support the internal sales team in their day-to-day operations
• You will also prepare quotations and follow them up
• In addition, you will process and record orders
• You will also prepare invoices and quotations
• You will also be responsible for scheduling and coordinating appointments
• You will also maintain customer and master data
• You will also handle customer enquiries and complaints

• You have completed a vocational qualification as an Office Administration Assistant (m/f/d), Industrial Clerk (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• You are also confident using MS Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
• You also have a very good command of German
• You are characterised by your structured and independent approach to work
