• You check customer project orders and compare them with negotiation minutes and quotations
• You carefully check the customer’s creditworthiness
• You check tax-relevant parameters in conjunction with the finance department
• You create project master data
• You act as the liaison between clients, the field sales team, installation, costing and financial accounting
• You create digital files and maintain the project files
• You organise and forward all documents required by the client in the course of construction project management

• You have successfully completed a commercial or technical apprenticeship as an industrial, office or wholesale and foreign trade clerk (m/f/d)
• You have at least 3 years’ experience in an industrialor commercial enterprise in order processing or as a project assistant (m/f/d) in sales
• You are confident using a PC and standard software such as MS Office
• You have a very good command of German; and knowledge of English would be an advantage
• you work independently, proactively and efficiently, whilst being team-oriented and able to cope well under pressure
