• As the primary point of contact (m/f/d) in customer service, you’ll be on hand – whether by telephone, email or online
• you handle the initial contact when customers get in touch with us, and you also proactively reach out to them
• as the point of contact for Pahling, you coordinate collaboration with the specialist departments (project management, work planning, production control, etc.) and ensure a smooth flow of information
• You will draw up quotations, actively follow them up and carefully record all processes in our CRM system
• You record orders, pass on the relevant information to production control and keep track of order progress – from comparing the requested and actual delivery dates to communicating with the customer
• You will actively market our services and reliably maintain our customers’ master data, ensuring it remains up to date

• You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship and have professional experience in a similar role – ideally in internal sales or customer service
• You are characterised by an interest in, and ideally a good understanding of, electrical engineering topics, and you are keen to familiarise yourself with our products and processes
• You are confident using MS Office applications; you are particularly well-versed in Excel, and you have experience with ERP or CRM systems
• You enjoy using your service-oriented and communicative nature to strengthen and develop customer relationships – supported by very good German and good English skills
