• You will be responsible for advising and supporting customers
• You will also be responsible for costing and preparing quotations
• You will also be responsible for customer communication and processing complaints
• You will ensure that incoming mail is continuously monitored for customer responses
• You will also take care of general order processing and coordinating deadlines

• You have completed commercial training and have at least 3 years of professional experience
• You also have good SAP skills
