• You process customer orders and support the project team in the organisation and implementation of customer projects
• Correspondence with customers by telephone and in writing is part of your everyday life, you are available as a direct contact person
• You reliably maintain and process customer data so that information is always up to date
• You create and process quotations and orders independently in SAP; You ensure complete and correct documentation
• You agree delivery dates, check that they are met and process changes to deadlines in order to fulfil customer expectations
• You are responsible for looking after a defined customer base and maintaining long-term, trusting relationships
• You work closely with colleagues in the team:colleagues from order processing and field service and support smooth cooperation

• You have basic commercial training, for example as an industrial clerk (m/f/d) or wholesale and foreign trade clerk (m/f/d)
• You have experience in internal sales, ideally supplemented by knowledge of SAP
• Very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel, enable you to work efficiently and manage data
• Your English skills are good; you can confidently manage customer contacts and business correspondence
