• In your area of responsibility, you will advise and support existing customers:
• In addition, you will calculate and create customised offers and keep an eye on their development
• You will ensure the smooth processing and delivery of orders
• In addition, you will conduct sales talks independently and deal with any complaints
• You will work closely with the sales field service
• In addition, you will act as a contact person for other internal departments such as the warehouse, logistics, accounting, shipping and incoming goods

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as an industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• In addition, you are confident in using the PC, MS Office and merchandise management systems
• you have a good command of written and spoken German
• your way of thinking is customer and service orientated
• you impress with your friendly and competent manner on the phone and in direct customer contact
• you are characterised by a strong sense of responsibility, reliability and team spirit as well as a structured and efficient way of working
