• You will manage internal client projects from the enquiry stage through to the quotation phase
• You will work closely with the Packaging Development, Planning, Production and Work Preparation
• You will reliably calculate costs for bespoke solutions
• You will prepare quotations, including quotation follow-up
• You will communicate with clients in person, by telephone and via email
• You will follow up on quotations and carefully document the results
• You will create and maintain records of items, as well as relevant customer and project data, in the system
• Where required, you will also take on after-sales tasks

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), a wholesale and foreign trade clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• You are confident in using your good written and spoken English skills
• You have a head for figures and are confident in carrying out calculations
• Strong communication skills, a friendly manner and a customer-focused approach come naturally to you
• Your analytical and structured approach to work, combined with the ability to work well in a team and a passion for cross-departmental collaboration, round off your profile
