• You will be responsible for entering, checking and maintaining customer orders in the ERP system
• You will track deadlines and the status of orders, including providing feedback to customers
• You will liaise with internal departments such as logistics, Production and Internal Sales, you will coordinate your work
• You will maintain basic customer and order data in accordance with specifications
• You will handle customer enquiries by telephone and email as part of order processing

• a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as an office administration assistant (m/f/d), office clerk (m/f/d) or comparable experience in order processing
• you have already gained experience in internal sales or customer service
• you are proficient in using ERP systems, ideally SAP, as well as MS Office
• You have a good command of spoken and written German and hold valid work permits
• You are characterised by a structured, meticulous and reliable approach to your work
• Friendly, clear communication and the ability to work well in a team are among your strengths
