Your responsibilities

• You will handle customer enquiries and draw up suitable quotations
• You will provide reliable support to our customers, both over the phone and in writing
• You will record customer orders and process them further in the system
• You will draw up and check order confirmations for accuracy
• You will continuously monitor delivery dates and order status
• You will liaise closely with production, work planning, purchasing and the warehouse
• You will resolve customer enquiries quickly and in a solution-oriented manner
• You will support the field sales team with organisational and administrative tasks

What we’re looking for

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a Office Management Assistant (m/f/d) or Industrial Business Administrator (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• ideally, you also have professional experience in internal sales or order processing
• Technical understanding would be an advantage
• You are confident using MS Office and common ERP systems
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• A good command of English would be an asset
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused manner are to your credit
• You work in a structured, meticulous and solution-oriented manner, even when things get hectic
