• In your sales region, you will advise and support customers independently on technical and commercial matters
• When speaking with customers, you will analyse their requirements and develop suitable solutions
• You will provide technical and commercial support to the field sales team in their day-to-day operations
• You will draw up quotations in consultation with the relevant internal departments
• You will process specifications and project reports independently
• You will receive customer enquiries and orders and follow them through to completion
• You maintain master and order data in the system and carefully document business transactions
• You act as a point of contact for customers and colleagues regarding technical and commercial enquiries

• a completed technical apprenticeship with an affinity for business, for example as a Technical Systems Planner (m/f/d), HVAC and Plumbing Mechanic (m/f/d) or Electronics Technician (m/f/d), – or alternatively, a commercial apprenticeship as an Industrial Clerk (m/f/d) or a Wholesale and Foreign Trade Management Clerk (m/f/d) with an affinity for technical matters
• You have professional experience in technical building services
• Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• You communicate persuasively and present yourself confidently when dealing with customers and colleagues
• You combine technical understanding with a commercial mindset in your day-to-day work
• You are characterised by an independent, structured and meticulous approach to your work
• You enjoy working as part of a team and handle interfaces with other departments reliably
• A valid work permit for Germany rounds off your profile
