Your responsibilities

• You’ll act as the first point of contact for customers via telephone and email
• You’ll handle customer enquiries by telephone and in writing reliably and with a focus on finding solutions
• You’ll maintain and update master data in the system
• You will enter orders carefully and in full into the stock management system
• You will draw up individual quotations for customers based on templates
• Finally, you will create reports and statistics in Excel to support the sales team

What we’re looking for

You have completed a vocational qualification as an Office Administration Assistant (m/f/d), Industrial Business Administrator (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification. Experience in internal sales or customer service would be an advantage. Experience with an ERP system would be beneficial. You are confident in using MS Office, particularly Excel. We require good written and spoken German and English. Organisational skills and the ability to work well in a team round off your profile
