• You will act as the point of contact for national and international customers and prospective clients, and respond to their enquiries
• You will handle the entire process, from the initial enquiry through to preparing quotations, processing orders and issuing invoices
• You will prepare all shipping documents for national and international consignments, such as delivery notes, freight documents, customs paperwork and invoices
• You will select and commission suitable modes of transport, such as courier services, freight forwarders, air and sea freight
• When processing orders, you will comply with the applicable export and customs regulations
• You will process letters of credit professionally
• You will carefully maintain customer and order data in the relevant systems
• In correspondence with customers and partners, you communicate in German and English
• You track deliveries, coordinate deadlines and clarify enquiries regarding order status

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk (m/f/d) or a wholesale and foreign trade clerk (m/f/d)
• Ideally, you will have several years’ experience in an internal sales role
• You have practical knowledge of export and customs regulations as well as the processing of letters of credit
• Fluency in German and English is part of your profile
• You are confident in using MS Office
• You are characterised by a high level of customer and service orientation
• You impress with your initiative and your planning and organisational skills
• You have a meticulous and structured approach to your work
