• You look after both national and international customers:and process customer enquiries carefully
• You support the sales team in the preparation of quotations, sales negotiations and deals as well as in the processing of contracts and correspondence
• You reliably record business processes and provide information to internal and external departments
• You support logistics in checking customer delivery call-offs, monitor delivery situations and outgoing materials and process and maintain price data
• determine key figures and create documents for reporting
• handle complaints in collaboration with the sales force and department management

• You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship, ideally as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), office clerk (m/f/d), or comparable training
• You have several years of professional experience, preferably in an industrial company, is available
• very good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems, experience in the SAP module S/D is an advantage for you
• conversational English skills
• good written and spoken German skills and a valid work permit for Germany round off your profile
