• You will advise and support the industrial clients assigned to you by telephone and in writing
• In consultation with the field sales team, you will acquire new clients and further develop existing client relationships
• You will draw up quotations in response to customer enquiries and amend them as required
• You will be responsible for the entire order processing cycle, from order entry through to delivery
• You will manage stock planning and ensure that the required products are available on time
• You will liaise with suppliers and sales partners regarding prices, delivery dates and availability
• You will be the first point of contact for your customers regarding enquiries, requests for changes or complaints
• You will carefully maintain customer, order and product data in the system
• Where necessary, you will forward your customers’ enquiries and requirements to the field sales team

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), a wholesale and foreign trade management clerk (m/f/d) or an office management clerk (m/f/d)
• You have already gained experience in internal sales or order processing, ideally in an industrial setting
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• You are confident in using standard MS Office applications and ERP systems
• You are characterised by a structured, meticulous and reliable approach to your work
• You demonstrate strong teamwork and communication skills when liaising with the field sales team, suppliers and sales partners
