• You will support national and international customers by telephone and email
• You will draw up and follow up on quotations, including cost calculations, in accordance with
• You will process orders independently
• You will handle export procedures, including customs and export controls
• You will deal with customer complaints
• You will maintain price lists and master data
• You will manage various customer and online portals
• Finally, you will carry out general commercial tasks

• You have completed a vocational qualification as an Office Administration Assistant (m/f/d), an industrial business administrator (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• some initial professional experience in sales would be an advantage
• you are proficient in MS Office and, ideally, have experience with ERP systems
• you have an interest in technical matters – Knowledge of grinding technology is welcome, but not essential
• Good written and spoken English and/or French will be an advantage
• Strong communication skills and a passion for customer contact come naturally to you
• You work independently, in a structured and reliable manner
