You will act as the point of contact for existing and prospective customers, both by telephone and in writing; you will answer enquiries regarding products, prices and delivery times, and maintain customer relationships. You will draw up quotations and cost estimates, follow them up and support the completion of sales processes. You will record and process customer orders, liaise with purchasing, logistics and production, and monitor delivery dates. You will prepare for customer meetings, draw up documents and presentations, and keep the field sales team up to date with enquiries. You will maintain customer and order data in the CRM and ERP systems, handle complaints and compile sales and distribution statistics.
