• You will process customer enquiries and orders, managing them from the preparation of quotations through to invoicing
• You will prepare price and cost calculations independently, taking the respective customer requirements into account
• You will draw up technical and commercial quotations and maintain them in the quotation management system
• You will communicate with international customers in German and English and clarify any queries regarding quotations and orders
• You liaise with internal specialist departments, e.g. regarding technical details, availability and delivery times
• You enter order confirmations into the SAP system and maintain the associated master data and order data
• You check order terms and monitor delivery dates to ensure orders are processed reliably and on time
• In the event of deviations or delays, you inform customers and internal departments and coordinate the next steps

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), Freight Forwarding Clerk (m/f/d) or Wholesale and Foreign Trade Management Clerk (m/f/d) with several years’ professional experience – alternatively, a completed degree in a technical or business administration subject with some initial professional experience
• You have already gained experience in order processing and internal sales
• You are well versed in international business (exports)
• You have a good knowledge of SAP and MS Office, particularly Excel
• Business-fluent German and very good English are part of your profile
• You work independently and reliably
• You bring attention to detail and a strong grasp of figures when dealing with calculations and order data
• You excel in communication and negotiation when liaising with customers and specialist departments
