• You will draw up quotations and orders
• You will handle customer enquiries regarding quotations and orders
• You will check and follow up on quotations
• You will produce reports using Excel

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as an Office Administration Assistant (m/f/d), or you are a career changer (m/f/d) with commercial experience
• You have a strong knowledge of an ERP system
• You have experience with Excel
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• You can provide valid work permits
• You are customer- and service-oriented, friendly and solution-focused
• A structured, reliable and independent approach to work rounds off your profile
